Contains the OOM fix from rust-minidump/rust-minidump#404 which limits large
allocations while parsing minidumps with corrupted or exceptional
headers.
By updating the
minidumpcrate, we now have a few duplicatedependencies in the lockfile. However, upgrading everything else
requires a few unrelated code changes, which I prefer to keep separate
of this PR.
