Try to set the SentryRelease automatically from the AndroidManifest file

Went one step further and made a task that just reads the values from my androidmanifest so i only have to update my version numbers in one file

Nice. I wonder if there's some way we could do that automatically in that transitive build process 🤔 (just for android, of course)

The issue references MAUI but went over into Android. Wouldn't we want to apply the following for MAUI apps? We could use the following msbuild vars:

<ApplicationTitle>My App</ApplicationTitle>
<ApplicationId>com.sentry.myapp</ApplicationId>
<ApplicationDisplayVersion>1.0</ApplicationDisplayVersion>
<ApplicationVersion>1</ApplicationVersion>

Thoughts?
