Provide an asyncio gRPC Interceptor

Problem Statement

The SDK currently provides a gRPC interceptor, but it does not support asyncio.

Solution Brainstorm

Contacting the support, I was referred to a PR that was closed - #2055 .
I did not review it, but it might be useful for developing this feature.

I've been recently working with gRPC and Sentry and would really welcome an async interceptor from the SDK instead of my own implementation.

Can the closed PR #2055 be expected to be reopened, reviewed, and eventually merged, or would it make sense to open a new one that builds upon the changes from there?

Oh, yes makes totally sense. Reopened the PR and added some labels so it is not closed by our bot again. Sorry for that.
