When introducing the structs for the q4 blocks in #356, I didn't bother setting up the toolchain for wasm and promptly broke it...
This should fix that (#804), but is somewhat of a stab in the dark because I still can't get emscripten to build it completely, but the remaining errors seem unrelated to my changes.
This was confirmed to be at least an improvement by the reporter #804 (comment)
