This adds support for stitching subscriptions. See tutorial for full process documentation.
Also switches execution to return results wrapped in a
GraphQL::Query::Resultrather than as a raw hash. This matches GraphQL Ruby better. It shouldn't cause any major disruptions, though if it does, callto_hon the result object for the original hash result.
