In #20932 the MD5 helper function was removed from template context, it breaks user's customized templates.

This PR just adds the MD5 helper function back, and will help users in #21099.

Feel free to edit/take it, or discard/close if it's not necessary.

I think it's probably nicer to just put this back in.

I didn't consider template helpers as public API, but in a sense, they are. We should call out the removal in the 1.18 changelog.

Could also frontport this to 1.18 if necessary.

No need to frontport, because the template in 1.18 has changed a lot (including the $.locale), users would have to re-export templates for their customized templates.
