products names that have none ascii characters cause 404 page errors

Setting wordpress to hi-IN will create product names using non ascii characters which is used in the url
example:
/index.php/products/cpanel-इकॉनमी/

note: I changed the permalink option in settings and it fixed the issue. This is a good work around but does require the reseller to know they need to manually make this change. Is there a way to automatically set this for languages that will cause this 404 issue?
