Themes with Social Plugins tracking

This issue comes from #535 and it's about themes that have enabled the default Share Plugins by various Social Media platforms -that track users- so far I have found the following:

1. Simple IT the tracking code is loaded only if a specific parameter is entered in the config see: marcanuy/simpleit-hugo-theme#24

This issue affects only the Whiteplain theme. I have already opened taikii/whiteplain#24 and currently awaiting the author's reply.

There is no need to have this particular issue open in this repo also.
