The PR improves #4437 and it's doc:

  • Change to use numeric list instead of bullet list due to the previous sentence "can be added through 2 plugin systems".
  • Start each line with a capital letter and end with the period for consistency.
  • Remove . at the end of log messages for consistency with the rest of the codebase.
