I am still in the process of getting ownership of the Snap.
I hope it will happen soon, after the merge of this PR, when the ownership is transferred, I will create a bug-fix release to test the publication process. |

Goreleaser allows us to publish Snap, so we can integrate that inside our release system.
Currently, there is a snap https://snapcraft.io/golangci-lint
So I will contact the owner of this package.
