Addressing dependency issue in a new release of google-cloud-storage after google-cloud-shared-dependencies is updated to 0.8.1.

Pending: googleapis/java-storage#340 and a subsequent PR to update google-cloud-shared-dependencies to 0.8.1 with renovate bot.
