This PR simplifies and fixes the parsing logic for parsing the csv that's exported from the Google Sheet. I noticed that Group scores for families were not being parsed correctly e.g the output was missing Alegreya's Serif score.
I also changed the tagging spreadsheet so Groups and Tags can be inferred more easily.
