There should a way to declare mojos inside the build script.

mavenPlugin {
  mojos { // NamedDomainObjectContainer
    helloWorld {
      // add possibilites to configure each aspect of a mojo here
    }
  }
}

Introduce DSL for defining mojos in the build script (#14)

The `MavenPluginDevelopmentExtension` now provides a `mojos` method that can
be used by build authors to define mojos in the build script.
This also led to a refactoring of the public plugin API: the package
`de.benediktritter.maven.plugin.development.model` has been removed as a result.
