WBEM_TIMEOUT_TYPEdoes not exist in the metadata but the valuesWBEM_NO_WAITandWBEM_INFINITEare defined as constants. Therefore, this PR adds these values as top-level constants and deprecatesWBEM_TIMEOUT_TYPE.
