Removed the lava check for Sulphur Skitter Box (see changelog for explanation).

Fixed Sulphur Skitter Box to also show if there is no lava within its radius. - Luna
- It is the player that needs to be within 4 blocks, not the bobber, so it wasn't showing the box in many cases where it was suitable to fish.
