After resume Ubuntu after been suspended. The icons are doubled.

@fcuencamargalef it seems that you are using v11 from the gnome-shell extensions website. This issue has been fixed in later versions. You can download v16 from https://github.com/hardpixel/unite-shell/releases.

The latest version also has new features, like window button themes and many bug fixes.
