Explicitly copy files for gh-pages

you should get rid of the build commit and its revert IMO (an interactive rebase will do it).

But this build commit looks weird. Shouldn't it be done in the gh-pages branch rather than master ?

@stof Yeah. That build commit is weird. Apparently, that's what happens if you test the grunt task out when a gh-pages branch doesn't exist.
