Thanks. The change itself looks good, but the files have been reformatted (looks like a lots of whitespace change, probably spaces have been converted to tabs). If you submit a PR without the reformatting I'll merge it in. |

There didn't seem to be ANT support for the
fullMutationMatrixoption described in #510 (issue) and #511 (pr), so I've added it.I mimicked what this PR did to add ANT support for another feature. After doing this and producing a new set of jars, I was able to get a mutation matrix.
