add everforest dark theme #760

Ports the "Dark Hard" variant of the Everforest theme to helix.

there were a few theme keys used in other themes that I didn't find documentation for
the usage of colors might be slightly different from the original (however, the palette's colors are the exact ones used in the original)

I'm mostly happy with how the theme looks now.

There are some deviations from the original one so I'm open to changes/suggestions.

I'll do that. Should I sort the themes alphabetically / group them by dark vs light?
