Stremio Add-on for WonderfulSubs Anime

This add-on uses Stremio Kitsu internally to show it's stream results next to other anime add-ons.

Done:

• catalog
• searching
• episode streaming (from some of the sources)

To do:

• episode streaming from some sources that are currently external (mp4upload, rapidvideo)

Notice:

• cannot do catalog skip (api doesn't support it)
• cannot do catalog filter (api doesn't support it)
