This replaces our custom
qemu64,apic,fsgsbase,fxsr,rdrand,rdtscp,xsave,xsaveoptCPU with the host CPU and refers to using-cpu Skylake-Clientwhen using emulation.This also adds QEMU instructions useful for benchmarking.
