Create defining mutations page and sub-pages

• Should display current information from backend files
• What lineage names should be used (pango / nextclade), also in the url?
• How should the lineage selection menu look?
• Do we need a search field? How large is the table expected to become?

• defining mutations page
  • we want to show all pango lineages (~500 - 1000) => search functionality will be needed
  • probably a paginated table
• individual lineage page
  • switcher between lineages
  • mutations relative to: likely around 2-3 options
  • most rows don't have notes => maybe chose something that expands, small button or something on hover to display notes
  • length of mutation list should be around what we have in the example
  • order should be according to nuc mut by default, which should also lead to genes being grouped
  • filtering on gene (e.g. ORF1b) would be cool
  • mutations can affect two genes at the same time, think about display implications
