Update shared mutations page

The shared mutations table on the shared mutations page currently lists both nextstrain and pangolin names in the table header. Instead, the appropriate nomenclature should be displayed depending on the nomenclature switch.

Thanks @EastWest14! I have started on this topic by creating a switch that toggles the nomenclature used (#511). Based on this, you could make the shared mutations table responsive. The FAQ part will probably only make sense after all other sub-issues of #424 are done.
