Existing Behavior

The only ways to inspect, introspect, and/or alter the behavior of the HCC core are the configuration, Swing Console, HCC Remote, and to some extent WebUI.

Desired Behavior

It would be nice to have a command line client that supported deep introspection and control of a running HCC instance.
