Added code example and section about fusing the LoRA into the weights of the model
I've also taken the liberty to change the title to be a bit more descriptive (easier to find on Google if someone is googling "how to use loras with diffusers" - and also explicitly mention "LoRA" as a synonym of adapter as this is the community used name
