What this PR does / why we need it:
/api/peersStatus/:channelendpoint does not work if:channelis channel name (e.g. mychannel) becauseproxy.getPeersStatus()expectschannel_genesis_hashas parameter. I have changed the code to reflect such differences.Special notes for your reviewer:
