Stream Bingers

• Stream Bingers is a web application that allows users to search movies/series and actors/actresses, then recieve information about the movies/series and where they can watch them

Description

• Stream bingers was developed using Bulma.io, jQuery, Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
• This web applications takes the users input and fetches informaion about the movie/series or actor/actresses that they submitted
• The data is retrieved through the uses of two API's(Application Programming Inerfaces) OMDB and Entertainment Data Hub
• The web application consumes the API's and displays the results on the webpage.
• Users have the ability to review multiple movies/series that will appear on the Stream Bingers website

• The purpose of Stream Bingers is to eliminate the hassle of trying to find which streaming provider a specific series or movie is located on. By doing this, we hope to provide the users with a pleasant and interactive UI.

• The home page contains the boxes where the users can input actors and movies/series
• The results of their search will also be displayes on this page
• User will be able to filter through the information about the movies/series that were consumed
• Bulma.io was used on this page to develop a theme and adjust it's appearance to make it more asthetically appealing to the user

Specifications

• Stream Bingers uses form input layouts to fetch information about multiple movies/series based on the user input of actors/actresses and movies/series.
• The data that is presented in the results are:
  • Movie/Series Name
  • Year of release
  • Cast
  • Short Plot
  • Rating(System) PG.etc
  • Poster
  • Streaming Provider
  • Offer Types by Subscription
  • Status of Movie/Series
• The "Submit" button is the final step that activates the application to consume the data from the API.
