Getting Started Contributing

1. install pre-requisites: need php, apache and mysql: https://www.apachefriends.org/index.html
2. start apache and mysql
3. install wordpress: https://wordpress.org/download/ extract into the htdocs directory of the new webserver from 1st step
4. navigate to the directory installed and wordpress will walk you through a setup
5. choose plugins
6. setup theme

Contribution areas

1. functionality. Data that is entered and read, created as a plugin or combination of plugins
2. theme, the look and feel of the site, the actual pages
