Include face photo inside VC in raw format instead of CBEFF custom binary format.

Face photo and other biometric data is storing in CBEFF format with custom binary and required specific code to extract and convert image before frontend can use to display.

Store face photo as raw data instead of CBEFF inside VC.

In case CBEFF format is required it should be provide as a standalone library.
