Over time this repo has grown big and I myself have made commits to this one. I think it is time that we add a CONTRIBUTING.md file for newcomers to have a beginner friendly experience contributing to this repo. I am willing to make PRs.

issues are not assigned here, you can start working on it. Also mention this is the CONTRIBUTING.md file
