My router advertises IGD v2 services only, and this package seems to only support v1, according to these lines

The specs have been out for a few years now. It'd be great to support them.

Add IGD v2 support.

The v2 protocol didn't seem to change anything the package was using, so this change is all it takes to support IGD v2. Fixes indutny#42.
