## Recipe

Marinade the salmon in the following dressing. 10 mins is plenty:

* 2 Tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
* 1 Tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
* 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
* 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
* 2 teaspoons Sriracha

Cover the tenderstem broccoli in some salt and olive oil
Put the salmon in a foil parcel and cover with the sauce.
Roast both salmon for 25 mins.
Serve with noodles or rice.

Optionally, top with the following
