Currently, users have to provide a constant URL for fetching the agent-commands. In some environments this makes it difficult to use this feature if the configuration server is accessible from different endpoints.

Since the agents often already used the configuration server to get the configuration anyway, there should be a way to derive the agent-command URL from the HTTP configuration URL.
