Support CUDA backend on DPC++ daily builds..

Hello,

from quick inspection seems DPC++ daily builds doesn't ship with CUDA backend/plugin support enabled.. doing so will greatly help in testing progress/maturity of CUDA backend..
it's much to ask for?

EDIT: Also asking for Windows "DPC++ daily builds" if possible.. seems they only support Linux at the time..

It would be great to have at least the CUDA plugin and maybe also the HIP plugin in the Daily/Nightly builds.

Nightly builds for Ubuntu now include the Nvidia target/CUDA plugin.

Some support for it was enabled in nightly testing, however it's still not in the nightly "release package" from here:

But hopefully soon.

this may be requested as a separate issue, but what about Windows CUDA and HIP plugins:

on "https://developer.codeplay.com/products/oneapi/nvidia/2023.2.1/guides/get-started-guide-nvidia" shows still there isn't a official precompiled CUDA Windows plugin:
"This release of oneAPI for NVIDIA GPUs is not available for Windows, but a Windows package will be available in a future release."
but seems coming..

for HIP, a potential Windows plugin the situation seems worse:
from "https://developer.codeplay.com/products/oneapi/amd/2023.0.0/guides/get-started-guide-amd":
"The plugin relies on HIP being installed on your system. As HIP does not support Windows or macOS®, oneAPI for AMD GPUs (beta) packages are not available for those operating systems."

sadly as an initial (HIP) ROCM Windows SDK was released earlier this week..

so in brief, it should be theoretically possible now to ship both CUDA and HIP Windows plugins..
