bugfix: foreground service to ensure proper restart handling Add a dummy notification mechanism to maintain service visibility when restarting. Introduce notification channel setup and a helper method to ensure compliance with Android's foreground service requirements. Fix `onStartCommand` logic to handle null intents more reliably.
