Please note:
As of the 3.6 Release of Torrent Suite, we have rolled TMAP development into the Torrent Suite project.
Current versions of TMAP are available here in the TS repository, within the Analysis package: https://github.com/iontorrent/TS/tree/master/Analysis/TMAP
If you need help with TMAP, please go to the Torrent Suite ionCommunity page here: http://ioncommunity.lifetechnologies.com/community/products/torrent_suite
And in the lower-right corner of that page, there is a link to "Start a Discussion". If you post a message there it will get to the folks who support TMAP.
