Remove unused modules

Description

• Remove apexcharts, react-apexcharts, and apexcharts-react as they're not used
• Remove locales from moment.js, they're not used (reduces bundle size by 0.2 MB, 15% decrease) (Do not require moment.js chartjs/Chart.js#4303 (comment))
