fix: filter bar style correction

Description

This pull request documents the change in style of filter bars in the TAG. The label is now on top of the box and the button has been adjusted accordingly.

Changes

• Fixed filter bars styling to improve usability and user experience.
• The label is now positioned on top of the filter box, making it easier for the user to identify the type of filter being used.
• The filter knob has also been adjusted according to the change in label position, ensuring the design remains consistent and easy to use.
