Problema
As notas das médias nas tela de Notas e de Relatório de Notas por Aluno não estavam respeitando 1 casa decimal.
Solução
foram adicionadas novas validações nessas telas e alterada uma validação no input de notas de modo que os inputs na tela de Notas e o relatório estejam respeitando a regra
