Separate those from the "service servers" already defined in the document, and make it clear they are no longer used.

This PR made me find out about RFC2812 services. I think they are a good idea, but you're right, I'm not aware of anyone using it. |

actually, IRCnet still uses services! |

InspIRCd has also repurposed SERVLIST and SQUERY for Anope/Atheme-style services. |
