Also, confirm comment approval.
And a way to delete comments for the admin after they are accidentally approved.

The deletion link is still valid after comment activation.

Having to confirm each approval will be a PITA if you have a large volume of comments but I think confirming removal would be great.

Isso definitely needs more advanced administrations tools. Either as web interface or CLI.

CLI as in "a bash script which alters the sqlite" ?

Sort-of. Either direct SQLite manipulation or using the database layer from Isso (which implements some cleanups).

The URL sent in the email returns a short HTML document where
JS creates a modal dialog. If continued, the browser sends a
POST request to the same URL.
