[client] i18n: Enable Turkish translations, add missing German strings #879

What changes does this Pull Request introduce?

Enable Turkish translations - They were previously added, but not loaded anywhere.

Also add some missing German strings.

Clean up and sort pluralforms (oc entry was a duplicate of fr).

"Atom-feed" could also be
"Benachrichtigungen abbonnieren", but it's too long

They were newly translated, use actual values instead of
English fallbacks.
