Cannot start with npm start #28

I using ubuntu 16.04 and node v4.2.6. When I run npm install && npm start, on start I get this error:

Error launching app
Unable to find Electron app at /home/myUser/teams-for-linux/app

Cannot find module '/home/myUser/teams-for-linux/app'

When I try do npm start I got

Hi,

Try

(cd app;npm install)

You have to do npm install in the app folder. The app folder is where you have the app dependencies. The root folder is about packaging the electron app. The electron app organization is a little weird...

Same problem here. Using linux mint. Node version 8.9.4

Resolved this by installing open
npm install open

npm install open
