Changes

This PR includes the following changes.

  • It fixes some notes returned by CRAN. Notably, dependency of R >= 4.2 was forgotten in previous verrsion.
  • It introduces necessary files to create and maintain a pkgdown website.
  • It changes the package's official title.

Notes

This PR is also required to delete branch devel. All future development will happen in dedicated contexts branching directly from main (instead of relying on a pseudo-git flow style).

This file is relatively useful and should be kept (and tracked) until
further notice. It is ignored in package builds.
This commit also prepares file NEWS.md for future comments.
R >= 4.1 is required to use function shorthand \(...) and the native
pipe operator |>.

R >= 4.2 is required for native support of UTF8 on Windows.
It still requires some tweaks. Notably, the reference index must be
created manually to include internal doc files.
