Several tests are failing and the plugins are not maintained anymore. Additionally the user base is < 10000.

Seems that some resources are still required for the CIFS publish tests. I can restore those missing files or I can remove the CIFS tests as well. What do you think? I'm not sure if the CIFS tests cover the old or the new plugin: |

I also think that this would be the best option (a lot of these tests fail as well). @slide you are listed as active maintainer of the plugin, are you ok with deleting them? |
