update form-element-path to prevent some detached plugins

Update form-element-path to 1.10 to avoid some detached dependencies, should fix the failing git plugin tests
Still will pull in sshd but updating that will mean this no longer runs in the current LTS.

Doesn't fix the git ATH failure but at least the git plugin installs without issue.
