New commands

Adds new commands:

• 0 to X
• Range (eg specify 5 and it will start counting at 5, 6, 7, etc)
  • This works differently than the "Range" command in the Sublime Text version.
• "A to X"
• "uuid"

Initial release

Initial release of Text Pastry for VS Code. Supports the "1 to X" option.
