KanbanModal shows medium after deleting subscription #588

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create Kanban -> then add medium (background image)
Click on /kanbans on 'Edit kanban'
Click on the trash icon to unsubscribe medium (background image)
Click on save
Reopen Modal with a click on 'Edit kanban'
Medium still shown (subscription is in fact deletet, but medium_id is still in kanban entry)

Expected behavior
Medium should be removed.

Version [e.g. 22]
