ScriptUI Dialog Builder saves small amount of data locally in your browser (localStorage) in order to restore your dialog on refresh or if you come back later.
The data being saved is the same JSON used in the import. When you import a dialog, you just basically replace the local data.
The data will be gone if you clear all browsing data. Also if you use the website in incognito mode, the data will be gone once you close the tab or window.
