Your solution to the assignment is very impressive. The code is exceptionally readable, organized, and consistent. You left out the required attribute for the phone number field, but that's obviously a minor issue.

Thanks. I tried to challenge myself and write some decent code.

I can write basic vanilla JS well enough, but don't have a lot of experience in using its basic methods. Exercises like this will help to build that vocabulary.

Unfortunately I was one of those 'straight to jQuery' types, and don't have a good understanding of what is happening behind the scenes.
